USDA implements new disaster assistance program
Ag Professional (December 28, 2009) - Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack today announced that USDA has implemented the new Supplemental Revenue Assistance Payments program (SURE) in accordance with the 2008 Farm Bill.
